I am happy to announce that Japanese translation for 2.4 has been
completed and today filed to:

Four translators (contributors) worked on the part of help files for
impress and chart. Advices and supports from Project Lead Rafaella,
Central Engineer Naoyuki and Language Lead Reiko helped us a lot.
We had a really great experience working as a team :)
