I see the fs's comment but it's not always easy to immediately find the
right person able to fix an issue. This is why we often ask for more
details on how to exactly reproduce the issue.

A wiki would be a very good idea. Generally, in case of l10n issues,
selecting the l10n category the issue would be sent to l10n for a first
evaluation. If nothing happens, then it's the reporter's responsibility
to remind of the importance of the issue.
- for spell checker, I happen to know by accident that the sources of
the extension should be provided through an issue to have them
integrated with the product, may be we should make this information
available for l10n team also?
Yes, that's a good idea.
- about the integration process, several UI issues that have been
corrected in m28 are not integrated in m5, how can we make the process
of integration more reliable, shall we provide .sdf files systematically
on the issue, shall we open a new issue (assigned to whom? Frank Mau,
Ivo, Petr?) containing all the corrections in a .sdf file.
no need to systematically attach sdf files. But in case of l10n merge
issues please do assign the issue to petr_dudacek and cc: ihi, fma and
me (coni).
- would it be possible that we test the cws localisationXX before it is
integrated in master. I'm aware of the very short time but may be it
will save some time later in the process if we can check for issues before?
You mean all l10n CWS builds that we create?
