Download the second file in your issue, open the file and correct the
Occitan strings in it. For example for this string :
oc Quand clicas apondre o editar, lo

When you click Add or Edit, the \<link
href=\"@WIKIEXTENSIONID@/wikiaccount.xhp\"\>MediaWiki\</link\> dialog

I can see that a \ is missing at the begining of the link ref, it should
be: [, lo
\<linkhref=\"@WIKIEXTENSIONID@/wikiaccount.xhp\"\>MediaWiki\</link\>
Also [dialòg ] seems to have an encoding error.
Check each string in the file and correct it, then submit it again. If
