Marcus Lange seems to be responsible for that so he is correct. (however joost says 80%?) Joost sometimes tell us: http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=releases&msgNo=12492 --- I usually provide Developer Snapshot builds as en-US only and language packs for de, fr and ja to allow to test the topic localization in general. Sometimes I upload other localizations as language packs on request. When releasing a Release Candidate I upload full builds that have the following criteria: at least 80% of the user interface has been translated at least 80% of help content has been translated localizations that don't release regularily will not be released Additionaly all localizations that have at least 80% of the user interface translated will have a language pack uploaded with the first release candidate. ---
