I just realized that there also seems to be problem re permissions
within the menus.
The user "lenya" within the default publication should not be able
to publish a document which is correct, but there seems to be bug
because the Publish Menu item is not greyed.

I was starting to think my PC be jynxed :-)
From my tests it's not true that it does nothing, it simply works just
for the first time.

But: today I tried http://lenya.zones.apache.org:9999 and the sequence
submit/publish/submit/publish worked without problems.
What platform is the demo running on? Is it a problem showing only on
Windows servers? Or is it linked to jetty?
I'm eager to collaborate by providing more info to identify the
problem, just ask.
