Progress up to now:
- opening XHTML documents is possible
- saving is not yet possible ("Save" button is disabled)
- CSS link is added by neutron module (XHTML content assumed)
- CSS link URL is still hardcoded to /{pub}/{area}/css/page.css
- sitetree is generated, but not recognized yet by Yulup
I don't think we need this for 2.0, but it would nevertheless be nice
to have a working Neutron server, especially to check out the
opportunities of the protocol and editor.
