Yeah, we should document the removal of the driver in upgrade notes, but I
don't think there is much else we can do besides pointing users to the
older version (v2.8.0).
Last time I checked, pysphere library was unmaintained and there were only
unofficial Python 3 forks (and it's probably not the best / safest idea to
point users to "random" forks).
