competitve is stronger than generic
and competitive remembers me competition, things i would not see inside
OOo (eyh, outside against other office suite is somethoing else ;)
moreover, 'language neutral implementation' is perharps too precise and
i'm not sure we will be able to achieve this goal. But it is a goal, it
is not mandatory to fullfill it immediately ;)
