Thanks, from your documentation, standard rules and non-standard rules
can't share the same hyphenation level.

Just one question.

 Is It mandatory to use UTF-8 encoding for non-standard rules?

i.e. Can I use ISO8859-1 encoding  and non-standard rules together?
