You have stuff all over the place, most people just run away screaming unless they are really motivated. Both Fedora and Ubuntu try very hard to hide project peculiarities from localisation people, so they can focus on translation/language instead of learning all the project infrastructure specifics. (I think Ubuntu just copies stuff in its own system while Fedora tries to interface with the project systems. Does anybody > know something about this? Some distributions use /usr/share/myspell (http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/rpminfo?rpmID=83017) which while not totally wrong is not totally right either.
