All your gripes are pretty much configurable from Window > Preferences..

Apart from the right clicking on tags thing. But I believe that is in
the pipeline from the cfeclipse crowd.

I spose u just have to learn to live without the features homesite has which

I really miss the ability right click on a tag and get up the attribute
editor.
I also miss the ability to right click and insert a tag or function and get
the full list.

Eclipse also auto-completes some tags and not others, and doesn't tab to
same position when I hit return, which is really irritating, so I hope these
are configurable settings somewhere

I switched to Eclipse about 9 months ago and now I couldn't do without it.
Its ability to integrate with Subversion alone is a killer feature. Now we
have the RDS plugin which will take a database table and write a DAO and
Bean from it. I cannot even consider going back to HomeSite.
