Exactly ! Also, one of the reasons one of the other guys here ditched
Dreamweaver was because he couldn't search a whole site for something.
Not having used Dreamweaver at all, or Eclipse very much (I have only
used Eclipse a few times to see if the current version has what I want
in it), I can't say myself whether or not you can do the equivalent of
Homesite's "Extended Find" and "Extended Replace" functions on a folder
(and include sub-folders if you want). You can even use a RegEx in those
functions as well, which is very handy. I suspect you can do the same
(although maybe not with a RegEx ???) in the other programs, but have to
setup a site, then fiddle around a bit ???

I still use Homesite, and will continue to do so until there is
right-button-click -> Inset Tag (or expression), and some sort
of toolbar
where you can click what tag you wanna enter, as well as setup
your own
cutom tag buttons with something like VTM as well (if you want
to go that
far). The other developers here have now ditched Dreamweaver for
Homesite
too. It's all just personal preference ...

quite simply eclipse is a programmers tool, where as
dreamweaver is
really for designers... sorry all those who use it.
I now make sure all my team use eclipse... one of them
who was
totally
against it has now removed dreamweaver and homesite from
his
machine,
and is rather open about using it, and making sure
others do to.
TBH he
was against SVN also... seems he didn't like change and
then
embraced it
to the Nth degree:)
