Well without streaming, the movie will need to fully download before it can
play, but having never made a flash movie, I don't know if it has to be
specifically built to stream, you might wanna find this out before you
decide where to host.

Sorry, yes I realise that I was hoping for some suggestions and costs.  I
have little experience with Flash Movies and streaming Do you think a
streaming service is essential or does Flash do that semi-automatically.

Client has a large library of instructional videos I suspect may prove very
popular to start with then demand will fall.
