I discovered while working on this that ssh keys are not formatted exactly the same by all ssh packages.
Can I ask what ssh client you are using? On 5/23/06, Andrew Davidson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
>- see footer for list info -< Hi Michael, Thanks. This looks like what I need (hopefully). Need to connect via a private key and a passphrase. when i specify them like so (in cfscript) sftp_obj.Connect(Host="xxx.com", UserName="xxx", PrivateKey="c:\some_path\my_key", PassPhrase="xxx", KnownHostsFile="c:\some_path\KnownHosts"); it comes back with "CFSFTP.connect;unknown privatekey format:". However, the same private key and passphrase work fine through my SSH client. Where am i going worng ? I can initialise the object fine, as i can create the object, initialise it, and dump it. >- see footer for list info -< Hi Andrew, You may find my cfsftp.cfc useful. You can download it at http://www.socialpoints.com (see top right) Let me know if it helps you out, or if there are any problems.
