I think this is a known bug... remember and apply the SP <or latest updates
as MM like to call it)

Ok, that seems to be it working now. Niklas solution did it. Not sure
why IIS didn't start but on server re-start it was ok.

Thanks to everyone for all of your help.

I never want to do that again.....

""Please note: If you have other web sites running on the IIS web
server,
you will have to manually configure the .cfm,.cfc,.cfml,.jsp extensions
for
each of website on which you would like to run JSPs or ColdFusion pages
on.""

Ok, I have got MX installed and working fine on one of my websites.
However, all of the others point to the home page of that website.

i.e. www.goldcockerelbooks.co.uk point to where it should
www.phoenix-recruitment.co.uk point to the same page as above with no
images or css www.phoenix-recruitment.co.uk/jobs.cfm gives me a cf error
saying the file wasn't found www.phoenix-recruitment.co.uk/books.cfm
gives me the same error but
www.phoenix-recruitment.co.uk/phoenixtest.htm works fine.

Looks like IIS is working as the .htm file is fine. Why is CF always
looking at the wrong directory?

Thanks

There is a batch file in the C:\CFUSIONMX\BIN\CONNECTORS directory for
connecting to IIS. Run that. It might be worth running the batch file
to kill all connectors first, and then the IIS connector batch file.
