Yeah, cfdump says that there are no form variables. I think I have got it now.

What's the process, and which part of it is going wrong? Have you tried using cfdump to find out what's in the various scopes? You could debug it by changing the form submit to a local cfm template so that you can see what is and isn't being passed.
