We know it's what a lot of companies do.  Give them some credit for writing
the software and getting everyone to pay for it and use it first.  It takes
time and patience to build up a community.  No software is perfect and we
shouldn't make it so. Remember, if they mess us around too much, we'll walk
away which is the worst possible scenario.  There's always vi *ducks*.
