Agree with you, I`m just rattled at the high cost of software from Microsoft compared to the huge profits and proportion of the profit that goes on R&D.

Give them some credit for writing the software and getting everyone to pay for it and use it first. It takes time and patience to build up a community. No software is perfect and we shouldn't make it so. Remember, if they mess us around too much, we'll walk away which is the worst possible scenario. There's always vi *ducks*.
