worth a try.....good catch. I will let you know -----Original Message----- From: Kevin Faulkner [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 12 June 2003 15:04 To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: RE: [ cf-dev ] HTTP / IIS issue..
I've lost sleep over this bloody issue!! It seems to be predominantly an IE6 W2K issue, never seen on any 'proper' non-M$ browser! Best possible answer at the mo is that it appears to be a header mismatch issue, in that 2 headers are sent to the client during processing. For example a cflocation at the bottom of a page being built? Not definite yet, but a possible resolution would be to change your cflocations to the HTML equivalent of <META HTTP- EQUIV="refresh" content="0:url=www.mydomain.com/"> If it's not this and there's a more straight forward resolution is worth it's weight in Guinness to me! -----Original Message----- From: Robertson-Ravo, Neil (RX) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, June 12, 2003 2:48 PM To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: RE: [ cf-dev ] HTTP / IIS issue.. no, not really seems to be around 80% of the time and only on certain OS configs...its a real pain in the arse -----Original Message----- From: Mark Smyth [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 12 June 2003 14:51 To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: RE: [ cf-dev ] HTTP / IIS issue.. Well i'd try it without cfheader if this is an option and see what happens I've been trying to test this but i'm getting the same error as you but it's intermittant, can you recreate the error at will? -----Original Message----- From: Robertson-Ravo, Neil (RX) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 12 June 2003 14:45 To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: RE: [ cf-dev ] HTTP / IIS issue.. Yes, this section is using cfheader... -----Original Message----- From: Mark Smyth [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 12 June 2003 14:48 To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: RE: [ cf-dev ] HTTP / IIS issue.. i'm getting that also, one several servers its been driving me nuts, are you using cfheader on the site, I was beginnning to think tat it was something to do with the tag and IIS -----Original Message----- From: Aidan Whitehall [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 12 June 2003 14:45 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: RE: [ cf-dev ] HTTP / IIS issue.. > On some pages, I am getting this at the top of the page which seems to > dissapear with a page refresh.. Had that ages ago.... think it may have been due to a URLScan config issue... is that installed on your server? If so, think it appeared when you enabled the setting that masks the web server info. -- Aidan Whitehall <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Macromedia ColdFusion Developer Fairbanks Environmental Ltd +44 (0)1695 51775 Queen's Awards Winner 2003 <http://www.fairbanks.co.uk/go/awards> ________________________________________________________________________ This e-mail has been scanned for all viruses by Star Internet.
