nice one. I will begin to remove the headers.

Just to let everyone know. It's caused by cfheader and happens on XP as
well as W2K

resolve by not using cfheader,(cfhtmlhead might also cause an issue)

I've lost sleep over this bloody issue!!

It seems to be predominantly an IE6 W2K issue, never seen on any 'proper'
non-M$ browser! Best possible answer at the mo is that it appears to be a
header mismatch issue, in that 2 headers are sent to the client during
processing.
For example a cflocation at the bottom of a page being built?

Not definite yet, but a possible resolution would be to change your
cflocations to the HTML equivalent of <META HTTP-
EQUIV="refresh" content="0:url=www.mydomain.com/">

If it's not this and there's a more straight forward resolution is worth
it's weight in Guinness to me!

Well i'd try it without cfheader if this is an option and see what happens

I've been trying to test this but i'm getting the same error as you but it's
intermittant, can you recreate the error at will?

Had that ages ago.... think it may have been due to a URLScan config
issue... is that installed on your server? If so, think it appeared when
you enabled the setting that masks the web server info.
