My thoughts entirely. But I may be missing something, but what can you
change cfheader to? For opening docs on our extranet this is becoming a real
pain. A http link works but then you have to grant public read access to
your docs folder, which is not possible due to sensitivity of some docs, HR
ones for example.

   Any alternatives?

i'd have to agree with you about the extremity of the workaround, but there
doesn't seem another way round it and I spent ages trying to tie this one
down

I don't know if it has been logged as a bug. I think the issue is (from
what someone else mentioned) logged with who. Macromedia or Microsoft?
Somewhere between the two an error is being caused.

My feeling is that it is a IIS/IE bug, but Microsoft will probably expect
Macromedia to fall into line and redo cfheader so it doesn't expose it.

Well, as workarounds go, that's a bit extreme, particularly if you need
to use cfheader.

Do you know if it's been logged as a bug?
