I'm just giving my opinion, and telling you what I think as a company director myself. Telling me how to manage teleworkers really isn't going to help you get a job here though is it. If You want to argue the toss over whether companies should employ teleworkers and how to do manage them, you need to direct this at the companies your apply for jobs with, because ethey are not going to read this list.
