And that's a perfectly acceptible way to do it. Any jobs I have given to people I have never met and who live in another country I have not been very impressed with. The communication has been very poor for a start. Working from home works for some people, not for others. I have always been able to do it, and now do it permanently cozz I ain't travelling 3 hours to the office every day. But then I'm a workaholic :-)
