See the {{targetMBPerSec}} is initialised to {{10gbps}}, but then it falls back
to default {{20mbps}}, instead of maintaining at 10gbps. Maybe
{{SolrIndexConfig#buildMergeSchedule}} is not the right place to do it. I will
look more.
