I would strongly suggest to upgrade jetty also on 3.x, otherwise we could get
the commons-csv proble a second time here...
In Jetty 8 the unicode bug seems fixed, not sure about Jetty 7. The work for
upgrade should not be so hard here, because Jetty already uses the eclipse
package name? so its just a backport with Jetty 7 JARs?
