This was also the reason why before Ryans commit in the lib/ folder was a
genric servlet-api-2.4.jar while in the example there was the jetty-supplied.
For compiling the solr source code we should in all cases use 2.4, otherwise we
cannot gurantee that we are still compatible with older servlet containers like
JBoss or Tomcat 6.
