My opinion (said previously many times) is that whatever we decide to
support: it *must* be tested.

So if other containers are supported, then more than one must be
tested. Then we know from running the tests if things are assuming
container = Jetty.

Otherwise, we only support Jetty in my eyes. I know the wiki used to
say the release manager should go and manually test alternative
containers before releasing: I refuse to do that. Its not the release
manager's job.
