bq.Use ZK as the truth and assign nodes accordingly as and when they join the
cluster
bq.Increase/decrease replicas on-the-fly automatically using the replication
factor and maxShardsPerNode properties
Why don't we have explicit names if that is the objective. terms like 'smart'
'auto' are very easy to be misinterpreted. An in the future , we may add a few
more properties and we will always be wondering whether it is a part of the
'smart' thing or not
