Try to keep us up to date and since I work for a school district I
will offer anything I can.  As a fellow californian, and die hard SF
Giants fan I might add, I would be happy to attend whenever I can.  I
think with teachers I have a good grasp on what they want to see and
have.  I'll check into IIRC I think that was LA last year correct? 
There was a local one here that's coming up that I would have loved to
do, unfortunately it's too late.  But really we should stay informed
of what conferences people see.

I think we really need to focus on the education market.  Because
those kids are what grow up to be purchasers in the future.
