That's one possibility, but not quite know what you mean. Do you mean
on this site? CN also offers minimally managed and fairly cheap hosting
for open-source project work.
I mean that such a system has got to be located somewhere. Someone's got
to install the software on a server, connect it to the internet at keep
an eye on it now and then. And since we have no money, we can't pay for
that service.
