Usually Microsoft talks about us, especially since the second of September... :-) If I may relate this idea to what I've been able to witness in a different project, I think it would be necessary to define a "communications framework", a set of points about OOo, (simple points really) and then let our MarCons or whoever is in charge do the job. Then they can go back to the MP and share their experience on the lists.
