I've not known those sub-projects, but I'll catch up. Those guidelines
are quite necessary specially for global projects. Thanks!

Exactly! I think this is a core concept of open-source mind. It will
be motivation for project members. In addition, additional options
beyond the money will be effective.

To be honest this is my first experience to participate in open-source
project. The organization is not profit-oriented but have to manage
itself. This is great.
