My reply is: Of course you didn't have. Internal distributions are
typically used in development environments only and very rarely on
productive systems. But the problems I am predicting are most likely
to occur on Unix servers, which have a major share in the productive
systems.
The distributions went to all sorts of people. I meant more that we
created them internally and by that specifically I mean versions of
Maven created internally. Specifically Tycho was used on Windows and
Unix systems.
At any rate, I'm not bothered one way or the other.
