I think currently Mesos CI only covers CentOS 7 and Ubuntu 16.04 on x86_64: https://ci-builds.apache.org//job/Mesos/job/Mesos-Buildbot/. I am not sure how to add a new platform in it, maybe create a JIRA ticket for the ASF Infrastructure team? it seems we did it before: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-15261.
