I think something like this deserves the same treatment a new feature would
get (discussion around requirements, design, etc). There are lots of issues to
work though including how the patterns are organized in ZK, how they get upload
to ZK, how the parser selectively loads the appropriate patterns and more. We
could start with a Jira after this is merged and go from there.
