No problem, that's a good question. The "timestampField" property only
changes when you change it in Zookeeper by uploading a config. Let's say we're
parsing a sensor and the parsed message keeps it's timestamp value in a field
named "timestamp_field". The configuration would be
"timestampField=timestamp_field". If for some reason the structure of the
message changed and the field were now named different, then you would change
that setting to the new name.
