What exactly do you mean by "administering"? If you don't want to see the project retire, then you need to come up with a way of doing that and discuss it openly on this list. I see little conversation here. That plan would include conducting development in the ASF repos not elsewhere and moving discussion about the project to this list. Thanks, Justin
