Hi Folks,

I have worked with Gang in the past, I have contributed to Apache Mnemonic
during the past year. [1] I also noticed my contributions were recognized
and proposed me as a committer to the project. [2] I was also a bit
discouraged by the lack of activity by Mnemonic PMC except Gang, I couldn't
continue my usual contributions.

-1 from my end, I would also like to see this project moving forward with a
plan mentioned. Zhao, Gang I would like to volunteer, if you need help from
my end and couldn't find help from a 3rd member.
