AFAIK ASL or MPL doesn't allow you to relicense the work, you have to keep the license. You're right about that it's not to bad, i think for mojos MPL that we'd like to move over apache we would just need to keep the MPL headers and add ASFL header and say that parts of the work are under MPL and other parts are under ASFL
