make unix scripts executabe (on unix)

When appassembler creates the shellscripts, they do not have the exectuable bit
set. It would be nice to have this (at least on unix). This is especially
important when creating a tar file for redistribution.
This could be an optional feature: Try to exec chmod, and if it fails, just
ignore it.
