I create a template with some contents I'm familiar with. Need you help to

ease to write together. (Maybe wiki is a better choice, I'm open to make a
change).

This report aims for a concise summary to existing mxnet users and, more
importantly, attracting new users. So it's difference to Chaitanya's
proposal focusing on MXNet activity summary, which should be very useful
for MXNet developers.

After we agreed on the contents, I'll coordinate to set up the email list
and also publish on the channels suggested by Carin.
