OK... we can have the myfaces-all jar.  I agree with naming it
myfaces-all too, that will be less confusing.  For the record, I use
the current myfaces.jar all the time myself

So this would be part of the implementation bundle then?  That would
go along with Oliver's suggestion.  It would mean that we would update
the implementation bundle with every tomahawk release so that
tomahawk-lite and myfaces-all could be used by those who are running
the myfaces implementation.
