There's no financial calculations here -- overall I suspect the
development costs will probably never be recovered on our side, but
we're happy to support projects we believe in, and everything obviously
isn't reduced to profit and loss in a strict sense.
The Pi3 is just me speaking from my own experience and what I'd reach
for and what many of our customers probably will already have at their
disposal, but as you said ... it's all about options!
