I'm afraid it is not the case. Your message on the L10N list has been
posted on the 24th of February. Aiet's proposal has been posted on the
[EMAIL PROTECTED] list on the 17th of February.

I still do not understand what is your problem. Why don't you want to
register to the Georgian native-lang project (ka.openoffice.org) and
work with Aiet?
