The Native-Lang Confederation is made of Native-Lang Projects who go beyond the first, yet essential step of the localization and provide users support, localized builds' QA, documentation, local marketing...
At some point, we realized that there were a lot of localization initiatives who were willing to have their own "space" here on OOo, so this is why, we decided together with the L10N project, to introduce two "levels" for NL projects. The Level 1 NL projects are localization projects who require a "place" for hosting their work and their documents, and can become Level 2 NL projects at any time. Level 2 projects are full-fledged NL projects. You can hence choose between registering with the L10N project only or register with it and request an Oriya NL projectof the first level. What's more, we have created an Indic Native-Languages Group, an informal structure gathering every Indic NL project, helping them and allowing them to share ressources and informations. This group is open to any Indic NL project. Rajesh Kajan and Vijay Kumar are the coordinators of this group. Feel free to contact them and don't hesitate to join the group.
