Tomorrow I'll lauch the discussion on the [EMAIL PROTECTED] list. I think it's

best choice, and nobody will be able to say that it was done behind
close doors... :-)
Apologies for my lack of knowlegde, but isn't there a sort of
coordination within each project, so that participants know that
project-member A also reads mails from project X or Y and thus can
inform the project about interesting developments at other projects??
