OK, we need to clearly document this, because it's a confusing point each time.
If I understand it correctly, the update center needs to be created or made available after the release -- I can't remember why that is, apologies. Basically, how can we make at least nb-javac and the Oracle JS Parser available so that the kind of problem we're seeing with daily builds and those who do the builds themselves won't have this problem.
