Sure, any pages on the main site where you see text that looks out of date, please propose edits - eg. https://github.com/apache/netbeans-antora-site/edit/main/modules/ROOT/pages/download/dev/index.adoc Confluence is a bit more complicated - you'll need an account and there's a bunch of outdated stuff - it's more inward facing notes (if that's an excuse?! :-) ). And finally, please remember that tags in email subjects (eg. [LAZY CONSENSUS]) have a purpose, in this case historic.
