The splash screens have been made on linux using Inkscape. They are svg files and hence editable. You can open it using Adobe illustrator too, I guess, and remove the Logo,its pretty easy. Editing instructions are available in the README. SVG graphics are better for various screen resolutions, so you can print it on flex boards too. Siddhesh Rane
