AFAIK all non-Apache NetBeans plugins will be hosted separately, by another 
company (I believe  Dukehoff GmbH aka https://dukescript.com ?) 

I haven't seen any movement on this front, so I don't know if there's been any 
progress moving the plugin portal over to the new infrastructure / owners / etc.
